Is it Possible to Build Muscle While Burning Fat at the same time?
When I was in college, my roommate was a guy who was stick-pole skinny. At 6’2”, he only weighed a buck thirty. Determined to change all that, he started on a weightlifting program. At the time, the conventional wisdom was that in order to gain muscle mass, he needed to increase his caloric intake by massive amounts.
